   THE MEADOWLANDS
      GOLF REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
MACTEC contracted LandMarker Geospatial to design and install a site wide machine guidance solution using Carlson Grade software and Leica GPS hardware for five machines working on the Meadowlands Golf Redevelopment Project, a 785 acre landfill closure and reuse project located in Lyndhurst, NJ. Included in the system are four dozers, one excavator, an RTK GPS base station, an RTK GPS Rover unit, and a 900 MHz radio communication network for the broadcast of RTK corrections. MACTEC further contracted with LandMarker Geospatial to provide on-site support services including topographic surveying, construction stakeout, as-built documentation, 3D data preparation, and volumetric analysis.
